I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at the hotel. Despite a minor delay in getting my room, the overall experience was positive. The rooms were beautifully decorated and clean, offering a cozy atmosphere. The service was exceptional, with staff like Satish and Deepak going above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location was convenient, close to the airport, though some minor improvements in food variety could be made. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a mix of wonderful meals and some disappointments. The facilities were well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
The hotel rooms were of good size with all facilities and very clean, making for a comfortable stay. The service was really great, especially from Nischay and Kinjal, who ensured we were well looked after. The location was a pleasant surprise, although a bit far from the city center. The dining experience offered a variety spanning Indian, continental, and Asian cuisine, along with fresh juices and hot beverages on request.
